The Margarita has become a staple at any bar or restaurant you’re likely to be in. We’ve put together our take on the classic marg – a cocktail consisting of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice that is often served with salt on the rim of the glass. The margarita can be served shaken with ice (on the rocks), blended with ice (frozen margarita), or without ice (straight up).

You’ll need the following items to create the classic marg:

STARTING GUIDE
  • Jigger

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Knife

  • Juicer

INGREDIENTS
  • 2oz Silver Tequila

  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

  • 1oz Triple Sec or Grand Marnier

  • 3oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1oz Simple Syrup

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Juice the orange and lime before mixing

  • Prepare any other variation before mixing, like strawberries or jalapeños

  • Blend drink in the shaker

  • Pour over ice

  • Serve or enjoy the margarita yourself!

NOTES

Protip – Store fresh squeezed juice in cleaned wine or liquor bottles if you are planning on serving more than one guest.
